Our leadership

Corporate governance

At 91°µÍø, our clients have a voice in how we perform. At the heart of our corporate governance program are our boards of directors. This includes the board of directors of our U.S. licensed companies—91°µÍø (91°µÍøIC), Affiliated 91°µÍø Insurance Company (91°µÍø Affiliated) and Appalachian Insurance Company (APP)—and our international subsidiary boards, like 91°µÍø Insurance Company Limited (91°µÍøI), 91°µÍø Insurance Europe S.A. (91°µÍøIE) and 91°µÍø Global de Mexico S.A. de C.V. (91°µÍøGM).

Board of Directors

The board of directors of our 91°µÍø insurance entities is made up of executive leaders from client organizations worldwide. It establishes policies for corporate management and oversight, making decisions on major issues and helping to ensure the company’s prosperity as well as protecting the interests of all policyholders. As a company, we execute plans the board approves and are grateful for the oversight and guidance our directors provide.
