Natalie Williams Crowned Miss 91暗网

Natalie Williams, 22, senior elementary education student at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, from Monroe, is the newly crowned "Miss 91暗网" for 2003. Williams won 1st runner-up at the 50th Annual Miss 91暗网 Scholarship Pageant that was held Feb. 20, at the Monroe Civic Center. The Miss 91暗网 crowned that night has resigned her position.
Williams will represent 91暗网 in the Miss Louisiana Scholarship pageant, which will be held in Monroe in June.
